William S. Latoff was the active chairman and CEO of DNB First, National Association when he passed away on Jan. 11, 2016. He served his bank and his community with dedication and humility. A former PaBPAC chairman, PA Bankers Government Relations Policy Committee member and representative to ABA’s BankPAC Committee, Bill understood what it meant to be politically active, as he nurtured strong relationships with members of the Pennsylvania General Assembly and United States Congress, alike. Bill whole-heartedly believed that advocacy would effectuate positive change for the industry.
