The PA Bankers Services Corporation (Services Corp.) is a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PA Bankers). Incorporated in 1999, the Services Corp. provides products and services to PA Bankers members through various divisions, including the Bank Health Care Consortium of PA, Career Center, Bankers Alliance, Select Vendor Program and Title Insurance. Revenues from the Services Corp. are returned to PA Bankers through contractual agreements, event sponsorships and overhead costs, which allows PA Bankers to expand resources and strengthen and support services for member banks. The Services Corp. is governed by a board of directors represented by PA Bankers member financial institutions. This 13-member board meets quarterly to determine the corporation’s objectives and offer the products and services that best meet the needs of association members.
