1 - 3:30 p.m.	Central PA Food Bank 1503-B Bobali Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17104 While volunteering at our Central Packing Operation, you will be packing boxes full of food for one of our many programs. You will be on your feet during the shift so please wear work boots or closed toe shoes, gloves are recommended. No sandals or flip flops are permitted in the warehouse for safety reasons. (Limited to 30 participants.)

1:15 p.m.	General Networking Session The Solution Room During this networking session you will work with your table to help find solutions to each obstacle. Begin by writing down your obstacle. Pick one person to start at your table and spend the time brainstorming solutions for them. Once time is up, move to the next person at the table until you have completed finding solutions for everyone.

2:45 p.m.	General Session Reducing Conflict Through Courageous Conversations Karen Butcher, CBTP, Head Coach and Pivotal People Trainer, InterAction Training Have you ever avoided a tough conversation because you don’t like conflict? Congratulations, you are among friends. Most people don’t jump out of bed in the morning thinking, “I hope I get into some conflict today!” Yet, many leaders avoid tough conversations for multiple reasons, generally boiling down to fear. Fear of the person’s reaction, hurting feelings, being taken advantage of, or the desire to be liked can get in the way of curious and courageous communication.
