Specialty Schools

Our specialty schools offer two- and three-day programs with more specific, industry-related topics held in the PA Bankers Training Room. Upcoming specialty schools include the School of Advanced School of Commercial Lending, School of Compliance, School of Consumer Lending and School of Treasury Management.

Advanced School of Commercial Lending This two-day school is designed to introduce experienced lenders to more advanced lending and portfolio management topics through case studies and exercises.

School of Compliance Regulators continue to emphasize the importance of a comprehensive compliance management system supported by a knowledgeable compliance officer and management team. The School of Compliance focuses on the regulatory issues with the highest risks and incorporates discussion of real-life examples and best practices. Major topics will include lending; deposits and BSA/AML; and establishing a culture of compliance.

School of Consumer Lending Join fellow professionals in the lending industry to learn how to make sound credit decisions at the School of Consumer Lending. This educational program provides essential knowledge and skills to lending professionals and establishes a network of lenders for continued support.

School of Treasury Management Get a refresher on products and services with an emphasis on electronic, card-based and trending products at the School of Treasury Management. The program will cover a review of current industry trends, emerging products and the quickly changing cast of competitors, as well as how to expand your sales tool kit to grow existing relationships and generate new ones.
